At the age of 8 ½, Scott Cornelius picked up his first fiddle and hasn’t put it down since. He has performed at numerous venues across the prairies, and enjoys many genres of fiddle music. His roots are in Metis and Old Tyme, however. Having earned himself four Manitoba Provincial Championship titles and three consecutive People’s Choice Awards, as well as two provincial volunteer awards, Scott regularly takes to the stage. He has had opportunity to share the stage with many well-known fiddlers and bands and is looking forward to having a band of his own someday!
